VIP relies on market intelligence from CoStar, ESRI, REIS, Axiometrics, government census data, and historical property insights to make informed investment decisions. We focus on Class B and C multifamily assets, which present some of the most attractive investment opportunities due to rising demand and limited new supply in the affordable workforce housing sector.
