Historically, multifamily real estate has proven to be one of the most resilient asset classes, maintaining stability during downturns while delivering strong upside potential in growth cycles.
VIP relies on market intelligence from CoStar, ESRI, REIS, Axiometrics, government census data, and historical property insights to make informed investment decisions. We focus on Class B and C multifamily assets, which present some of the most attractive investment opportunities due to rising demand and limited new supply in the affordable workforce housing sector.
